BA Plus Pro Calculator 5.0

The BA Plus Pro Calculator emulates the TI BA II Plus, replicating its layout, functions, and algorithms with fidelity. For users such as students or finance and real estate professionals already acquainted with the original device, this application offers a familiar operational experience.

Optimized for display on iPhones and iPads, the calculator presents all time value of money variables in real-time, providing clarity and confidence during problem setup. The application preserves its content and worksheets across sessions; whether interrupted by a call or switched to another app, it resumes exactly where you left off upon reopening.

The tool supports comprehensive financial calculations including time value of money, cash flow analysis with NPV and IRR, amortization schedules, net future value (NFV), payback period (PB), discounted payback (DPB), reinvestment rate (RI), and modified internal rate of return (MIRR). It also features a full suite of scientific calculations such as logarithms and trigonometric functions, along with chain or algebraic calculation methods and statistical analysis capabilities.

Bonus features include the inclusion of both iPhone and iPad versions within a single application package.
